We were hired by a home owner to completely re-paint the exterior of a property in Dayton, Ohio.  This project also included removing old chain link fencing and replacing it with a site-built wooden shadowbox fence.  We also installed a pergola purchased by the home owner.

Property Stabilization, Clean-out, and Market Ready

CPS was hired by a non-profit in Montgomery County, Ohio to perform property stabilization and clean-up activities on a hoarder house the non-profit took ownership of.  With the goal of selling the property to a residential developer, this property required extensive clean out services to make "market ready."

CPS performed the following activities:

• Interior clean out of all items/trash
• Demolition of water damaged drywall
• Exterior clean up and removal of overgrown brush (ground stumps)

Property Stabilization and Clean-Out of Fire Damaged Property

CPS was hired to stabilize and clean out a fire damaged property to make market ready for sale.  Removing the original debris and burnt items and fire damaged wall, CPS cleaned this house for the non-profit owner to place for sale on the market to a residential developer for renovation.
